vccfund.si — Singapore VCC vs global fund vehicles
vccfund.si is the cross-jurisdiction fund domicile comparison site in the Xiaopoxian knowledge network's HNW & Private Banking cluster. It places the Singapore Variable Capital Company (VCC) beside the Cayman SPC and ELP, the Luxembourg SICAV and RAIF, the Irish ICAV and the Hong Kong OFC and LPF, and compares them on six dimensions: legal form, umbrella segregation, regulation and licensing, fund-level tax and treaty access, official fees and published timelines, and investor perception. It is written in English for cross-border fund managers, single family offices and their advisers, with Chinese summaries.
Every figure carries a currency, a date and a source, and statistics are quoted on each authority's own basis rather than ranked against each other. Where only law-firm or tax-firm guidance was available, the page says so; where nothing could be verified, the page says "confirm with local counsel".
What this site does not do: it is not a fund manager, corporate service provider, law firm or tax adviser. It does not set up or re-domicile funds, recommend domiciles, managers or service providers, quote market service fees, or promise registration times, treaty benefits, tax-incentive awards or fundraising results.
Division of labour within the network: vccfund.sg (Chinese) is the VCC hub for legal framework, 13O/13U and costs; vccfund.com.sg (English) covers VCC regulations, incorporation steps, service-provider roles and, on its compare page, a comparison of Singapore onshore vehicles; vccsg.com covers launching and operating a VCC by strategy, including the steps of a Cayman-to-VCC move; sgvcc.com covers family-office use of VCCs; ppli.si and ppli.com.sg cover private placement life insurance. This site links to them rather than repeating their content.
